To help an employee achieve the minimum number of hours, we require the following:
- An employee must have transportation.
- An employee must be ready to work 7 days per week (we try to schedule no more than 6).
- An employee must have a history of being on time (without absenteeism).
- An employee must request additional time with the Operations Manager or Project Coordinator. This must be done by email or text by Wednesday afternoon of each week.
